Renault India Increases Prices Of Its Cars By Approx. ₹40,000

Renault India has reportedly increased the prices of all its car range. The increased prices are approximately increased between ₹7095 up to ₹ 39303.

The prices are increased for all four of its models - Kwid, Kiger, Triber and Duster. The price hike depends on the model and variant of the car. Renault has also increased its prices before also in January and April 2021 respectively. The price hike is attributed to the rising input costs.

the Kwid range starts at ₹ 3.32 lakh for the STD 0.8-litre variant, going up to ₹ 5.48 lakh for the top-of-the-line Climber AMT (O) variant. The Std, RXE, RXL, and RXT variants (0.8-litre) has a price increase of ₹ 13,900. For 1.0-litre version, price is increased for the RXL MT, RXT (O), RXT AMT (O), and RXL AMT variants by ₹ 9,000. The Neotech variants have received a price hike of ₹ 7,095.

The 2021 Triber MPV has received a price hike of up to ₹ 20,000. It is priced between ₹ 5.5 lakh to ₹ 7.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The RXL, RXT and RXT dual-tone trims have received a price of ₹ 13,200. The prices of the Kiger subcompact SUV up to ₹ 39,030, depending on the variant. The SUV is currently priced in India from ₹ 5.64 lakh to ₹ 10.08 lakh.
