Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme Introduced By Kia India For Kia Carnival

Kia India has introduced one-of-its-kind Satisfaction Guarantee scheme for its Kia Carnival MPV. Under this scheme, private buyers will be able to return the car within 30 days if not satisfied by the overall experience of owning the Kia Carnival MPV. Kia India will cover 95% of the expenses incurred in the process of car buying including finance, RTO charges, and also the ex-showroom price of the car.

Tae-Jin Park, Executive Director & CSBO, Kia India, said, "Last month, we introduced our new brand purpose of inspiring consumers through products and services, and their experiences with the brand. The 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme' is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times. The growing popularity of our class-leading MPV has been extremely encouraging for us and this initiative aims to enhance customer belief in Kia Carnival even further."

To avail these offer, customers need to make sure that they do not cross 1500 km mark and moreover the car needs to be damage free and the finance needs to submit a NOC for the vehicle.
